What is the typical shipping time for custom orders?
Custom-made curtains and blinds typically take 10 to 14 business days to manufacture and undergo quality control before they are shipped. Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 48 hours.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the color and texture in your own lighting. You can order up to 5 fabric swatches for free via our 'Order Samples' page.
What is your return policy for custom window treatments?
Because custom products are manufactured to your specific dimensions, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the specifications ordered. Ready-made items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
